We are proud to support this vital local charity in their mission.
Home-Start is a local community charity, staffed by volunteers, who provide support to families with young children during challenging times.
Home-Start has supported 76,750 children in 58,938 families within communities across the UK over the last year. Trained volunteers assist parents who may be struggling through isolation, bereavement, post-natal depression and other issues.
Safer Group have supported Home-Start through the sponsorship of their "Hoolie" event. Celebrating 10 years of supporting families in Inverclyde, the special event took place at Greenock Town Hall on October 25th.
Hosted by ambassador Jean Johansson, the event showcased some of the incredible achievements of the charity.
Our support further included a raffle of football memorabilia amongst Safer Group staff, with all proceeds donated to Home-Start.
Fundraising efforts are essential to the survival of organisations like Home-Start, so we were delighted to contribute to this exciting evening.
